About the Cover
The cover is two photos from the Gulf Peace Camp in Iraq.  Top: a bilingual
banner at the border camp.  Bottom:  the Australian Gulf Peace Team outside
the Ammon Training Hotel, on the morning of their departure for Baghdad, in
early January, 1991 - from left to right: Dean Jefferys, Liz Denham, Tom
Lynch, Jack Lomax, Steve Blair, Rob Burrowes and Jerry Smith.  The eighth
member, Neville Watson, joined the team in Baghdad.  (There is an article

Editorial Collective
Nonviolence Today is a publication we hope will promote nonviolence in a broad
sense.  It is strictly nonprofit and all editors donate their time and use of
personal resources (e.g. Macintosh computer).  The editors for this issue were
Jan, Janelle, Jerry and David.  We hope you will continue to support our
efforts to promote the understanding and practice of nonviolence.
