Nonviolence Resource Centre Hello everybody. Following the direction set at the National Gathering the Nonviolence Resource Centre is being set up at Commonground Co-op at Seymour, Victoria. The Centre is to have primarily a national focus. and one key aim of the centre is to offer support for the development of the National Network. We hope to facilitate communication and activities around Australia. The Resource Centre Collective has already met. And we are at your service. We are Kate Kelly, Margaret Pestorius, David Alderson, Robert Burrowes, Kay Websdale and Glen Alderson. Margaret and Kate will share the position of coordinator. In each NvT we will have a segment keeping you up to date with our activities. In the next edition we will outline our aims and objectives. But in the meantime we want you to remember that we are just facilitators for you, your ideas, and activities. So please send us your input by mail or phone. As well, each collective member has a key person somewhere around the country who they will keep close contact with. We are still looking for a contact person in South Australia and Northern Territory. As it mentions in the report of the gathering, the Resource Corner (as it will humbly be for a while) will need regular donations from individuals to finance it. There will be more about how to do this in the next NVT. Larger donations can be dealt with specially. Please ring and talk to us about that. Please make cheques payable to the Nonviolence Resource Centre, account number 54150, at the Goulburn Murray Credit Union, 72 Station St, Seymour, VIC 3660.
