Wanted: Key Contact Persons

I have undertaken to assist in the coordination of key contact people for the
network in each region of this continent.  The job of key contact persons is:
1. To facilitate communication through the network.
2. Compile a register of activists and their skills in the region.
3. Act as the first point of contact for the activist exchange program.
4. Compile a register of billet households.
